We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, in line with Indian data retention and storage limitation principles.
Audio, video, images, and screen captures recorded during exam sessions are typically retained for a limited period (for example, up to 3 months) after the exam unless a longer retention period is necessary for investigations, disputes, or legal requirements.
Metadata and event logs associated with exam sessions may be stored for a slightly longer period (for example, up to 4–6 months) to support academic integrity reviews, audits, and quality assurance, unless a different period is agreed with your institution.
